Yep - haven't been able to connect to N3RA all day today. Other 
flakiness leads me to believe it might be NEO roadrunner - I have lost 
all connectivity to the internet tonight, had to power cycle my cable 
modem to reconnect, and the darn thing is still mighty slow.
