[NCC] NCC brag page

I have the NCC 'brag page' as up to date as my records can find for ARRL DX 
and CQWW. I still need results from 1990 and 91 CQWW tests if anyone has 
those. I added a column for SO scores but did not take the time to look 
those up. If you had a good finish in any single band, SOA or other cat. let 
me know and I'll add it.

If anyone wants to check my work it's easy on the ARRL site but CQ means 
looking in their mags (which I'm missing from 90-92).

Note that we were the# 1 Medium club in ARRL DX 10 of the 17 years of the 
club's history!

If I messed up anything let me know and I'll fix it.
