[NCC] K3TUP mentioned today on Rush Limbaugh

Around 12:50 EDST today , Rush Limbaugh was describing using salt water 
that has been excited by RF as a potential future energy source. He 
mentioned that the process, was discovered in Erie, PA by John Kanzius 
as he was doing work on a cancer cure.  There was no mention of John 
being a ham operator nor of his callsign, however.
