[NCC] NAQP Hint

A reminder that this is summer, so bands may be open later than you are  used 
to in say, SS.
 
Thursday night in the NCCC minicontest, I worked N6RO, who was loud, on 15  
at 0230Z.  Then W0BH in KS on both 15 and 10.
 
If a guy is loud on 15, there is a good chance you can also work him on  10.
