[NCC] ARRL DX

The 2008 running of the ARRL DX contests is only a few weeks away.  I
went back and looked at 2007 to see how NCC did.  NCC won the medium
club competition with about 20 Meg points.  Great job everyone!!

Lets hope we can repeat this year.  CW is only 3 weeks away!!!
