[NCC] Ohio PRB-1

Ohio NCC Members:

Joe, K8QOE, Ohio's SM, has asked that I reach out to the Ohio contesting
community.  As you may have heard, earlier this year, after substantial work
by several ARRL members, the Ohio Legislature introduced House Bill 563, the
Ohio version of PRB-1.  The committee is now looking for new blood to help
push this effort forward, and seeks someone who (1) has the political
knowledge to understand generally what has to be done; and (2) has the time
and talent to work statewide on this project. Joe suggests that the contest
community -- known for their radio zeal as well as their fondness for large
HF antennas -- might be able to supply this person.
