To the NCC Warriors:

Congratulations!

This week, as NCC's President, I received a gavel from ARRL, confirming that
NCC was once again victorious in winning the Medium Club category during the
2008 ARRL DX Contest.  We amassed 21,744,462 points from 24 submitted logs
to claim the title.
