[NCC] Dayton Contest Dinner

To the NCC Warriors:

Time to remind everyone that the Dayton Contest dinner is coming up on May
16.  Please remember that NCC sponsors this dinner.  Also, one feature of
the dinner is that there is a moment of silence for departed contesters.
This year NCC has lost two of its lions -- both charter members -- K3TUP and
W8KIC.  In addition, we need to show our presence, since once again we took
the Medium-Class Club gavel for the ARRL DX Contest.

So far only five of the regular NCC members has purchased tickets.  We need
