[NCC] NAQP Team Update

Just to update the members of the NCC list. We have joined forces with 
MRRC to hopefully put together several teams for this Saturday's NAQP 
CW. If you haven't signed up yet send an email to me 
ghojdila at verizon.net and I will put you on the list. I will also confirm 
that I received your email so if you do not receive a confirmation from 
me, resend your information. Any amount of time that you can put in is 
acceptable. (you don't have to be "full" time)

Remember to use "VAL" in your exchange.
