[NCC] 10 Meters in NAQP

Wow, a little sunspot out there has the solar flux all the way up to  70!
 
Still not enough to open up 10 meters, but with all the local activity  there 
is potential for some qsos up there.
 
How about some gathering times for 10?  I suggest the even GMT hours,  on the 
hour.  1800 - 2000 - 2200 - 0000 GMT.  Unless someone has a  better idea? 
Point those beams towards Cleveland as see what happens.
 
Especially for the two radio guys, sporadic E skip is not unknown at this  
time of year. Late afternoon/early evening is the most likely time. An  
occasional listen, and more important, an occasional CQ, could bring some  surprises.
