Just got my Feb issue, and a nice article in there about ham insurance....as 
I was reading it, I thought some of the verbiage sounded familiar, where did 
I hear the story about the 1983 Yugo before???.....just who was the smart 
a$$ that wrote it????....none other than our own Ray ND8L !!!.....nice
