[NCC] good job Reno, and ?? on triple play

There is something on the ARRL site about you needing to have to set up a
rule for the WAS. Not sure of the particulars.

If you go to awards the click the was button. Then on the left click Modify
Account and in there is where a rule is to be set.

Great job Reno, congrats....I noticed I still needed Ohio on phone, but I
know we worked the other night, and sure enough, the qso is in LOTW, but
there is an asterisk by the qso saying it doesn't match my award
criteria...any idea what that means and how to change it?
