[NCC] LoTW

was just wondering if there were any NCC warriors in the Warren/Howland/ surrounding area that
have the LoTW mastered????

I obviously have something pretty screwed up beyond explaining and could really use a house call and some hands on experience to bail me out.  I'm using DX4WIN logging program and the more I talk to them the more confused I get.  Has to be something in the files, or choice of files, but I guess if I knew that, then I wouldn't need any help???    I was going to ask the Government for a bail out, but thought better of it.
