[NCC] MIQP this weekend and radiosport link

Hope to work many NCCers this weekend in the MIQP. I'll be solomobile in the 
lower tier of MI activating 12 counties. I'll have 80,40 and 20 meter 
antennas (15 looks like a loser right now!) I'll concentrate mostly on CW 
but will try to do SSB in each county.
