[NCC] The ARRL International DX CW Contest - Coming soon

Hi Tim and Everyone,

I will be QRV from DL, either as DL/W1NN or using DL0MB.  I have not decided 
whether to do SOAB or SB 40 - it will depend on how I feel after a pretty 
tough week of travel and work.
