Many of you knew the late Ken Adams, K5KA, SS manager and all-round good
guy.  Ken died late last year after a long battle with cancer.

A number of contesters I know plan to honor Ken and his contributions to SS,
contesting and amateur radio in general by using the name "Ken" this
weekend.  I plan to do the same, and suggest you might want to also.

P.S. To avoid confusion:  Kenny, K2KW, was planning to guest op 'AZ this
weekend but his son fell ill and is in the hospital.  So the "Ken" you'll
hear in the 'AZ part time effort is the OM, not Kenny.  And please have a
good thought and a prayer for Kenny and his family.
