[NCC] Membership nomination

Greetings to the NCC Warriors!

Tim, K3LR, has nominated Eric, NO3M, a very FB CW operator who recently
purchased a multiple acre property north of Meadville, PA.  Eric is active
in all contests and has previously operated at K3LR.  i strongly support
this nomination.

As we have done in the past, we'll vote via e-mail.  I'm going to ask Reno,
WT8C, to keep the tally.  Please e-mail Reno at rmtonsi at att.net with your
vote.  We'll keep voting open through midnight EST on Friday and will
announce after that -- or after Eric gets enough affirmative votes from the
membership.

Eric would be a great addition, especially as we try to increase our score
for the ARRL DX Contest gavel.
