[NCC] ARRL SSB this weekend

Conditions for the CW contest were much better that we have seen in 
quite a while. Preliminary forecast for the SSB weekend is even more 
promising. Solar flux may be up  around 85 or better in the next few days.
With the improving conditions there should be lots of activity on the 
higher bands and should provide a greater opportunity for the smaller 
stations to get in on the fun. We had a much improved turnout for the CW 
contest & hopefully we can do the same for SSB.
I'm going to be hard pressed for time to operate this weekend (XYL's 
birthday) but I'll make an effort add my small bit to the NCC totals.
Participation is the key, 160 CW, 160 SSB , ARRL CW & now ARRL SSB, lets 
keep the momentum going.
