[NCC] RDXC next weekend

Just a reminder that one of my favorite contests is next weekend-RDXC-the 
Russian DX contest. Starts 1200Z sat -24 hours till 1200 Sunday. All manner 
of entrys allowed-ALL stations can use packet(as usual-no self spotting 
allowed). Somehow I've managed to be on for the last 9 years in this one. I 
have always (and still do) get a kick wrking UAs. With condx improving this 
could be really fun. There is usually lots of activity and yet a medium 
pistol can hold a freq and run. You can work ANYONE for points but it's 
worth checking the packet for mults as Russian station are worth 10 points 
as well as oblast mults.

CU there-hope to put in a near or full time effort this year! FIngers 
crossed for 15 and 10 meter openings!
