No!

Tim is right.  There is nothing more fun than a contest when the new
sunspot cycle is (finally) starting to come alive.  With the SFI above
110, many things that we haven't heard much of for years are possible:
 15m JA runs; 10m EU QSOs; 20m late night openings ..... remember how
it was when the last sun spot cycle finally started to turn?....these
things are a very unique joy in our hobby.  Don't miss out!
