[NCC] CQ CW Sprint team operators

We'll enter a combo MRRC/NCC team - if more than 10 guys sign up - we'll
have two teams

 

The February 2011 running of the NA CW Sprint will be held on Saturday night
Feb 5 - 7 PM to 11 PM EST (Feb 6 0000 to 0400 Zulu)
