[NCC] ARRL Whipping

Consider this the FINAL whipping for ARRL DX Contest....

Lots of Warrior activity heard.  Lots of activity from around the world
too.  JAs were loud and very runnable on 15m yesterday.  As of 12z, the WWV
says an SFI of 135 and a K of zero.  This means that there is a good
probability that 10m will open up to EU.

Have fun, make some points, and lets get that medium club gavel again!
