*New Rates/Prices:*

UK rate increases on April 4th from 67p to 76p! A 9p jump! We began
supplying the new rate a few weeks ago. A 9p make up is available at 20c.
Once in a while a customer will tell me their UK contact said not enough
postage was supplied. 76p covers 10g. The 20g rate will now be £1.10...Two
QSLs weigh less than 10g, the 20g rate isn't necessary.

New UK price will be $1.70. See April special deal on 3.

Isle of Man almost always matches the UK rate. Jersey and Guernsey are
always a bit less. We'll detail those rates next month.

New prices for Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey will be $1.50

Croatia increased their rate from 10,10 to 12,10 this month.

Austria will increase their rate from 1,40e to 1,70 beginning May 1st. We
have 0,30 makeup stamps arriving very soon. The makeup stamp will be 50c.
New Austrian price will be $3.00

Finland: Sale of 2nd class stamps moving slowly. We will update the 2nd
class (0,65) to a 1st class (0,75) rate with the addition of 0,10.

Algeria's new price is now $2.00
