[NCC] Congrats to NW2K

I was too late to get in on the "vote", but I will note that it was because 
 I was out touring Ohio yesterday in the Ohio QSO Party. Notably present 
many  times in our log was NW2K, who was running up big numbers with some very 
 crisp operating.
