[NCC] CQ WW CW and K8AZ

There was an error in the CQWW CW text article. K8AZ finished #2 USA in the
magazine results (pre bug discovery) and K8AZ finished #2 USA in the updated
final results (post bug fix) as corrected on the web - results.

The updated final UBN reports show K8AZ as #2 USA.

You can see the updated CQWW CW results here - but the text is still
incorrect talking about K8AZ as #3. Look for an errata correction in a
future CQ magazine issue.

Hmmm, In the results of CQ WW CW the write up states that battle for second
place went to W2RE and third to K8AZ but the listings
have K8AZ as second and W2RE third. Which is correct?
