[NCC] Welcome from North Coast Contesters

Hola a todos de Samara Costa Rica.(Northwestern area on the Pacific 
coast) Thanks very much for the warm welcome.  I certainly am looking 
forward to the NCC activities and fellowship.  We (K8FC,N0KE, 
K2PLF&KT0A) just finished up the ARRL DX from TI5N.  Great call but not 
such a great RF location.(Outside of San Jose)  Good takeoff to EU and 
JA but do to the infrastructure in this part of Costa Rica, the noise 
abatement is almost impossible.  We were lucky to work 150 q's on 
Topband.  It is extremely hard to compete with the Caribbean for top 
honors.  In any event, we were happy with our finish and did not leave 
anything on the table that we could hear.

Sri for the report, just kinda got carried away.   In any event, once 
again, thanks for the most gracious welcome.

a few guys from this beach front villa)
