[NCC] K8AZ/K8MR open houses

Greetings to the MRRC and NCC gang.

Weather here is great --- and it's possible that, for the first time in
many years, most of the snow will be gone for the annual open house.
Things will start to get underway at K8AZ sometime after 3 pm.  Snacks,
beverages and pizza will, as usual be served.  Around 6:30-7 pm, the group
changes bands and QSYs to K8MR's to finish the night.  The NCC guys will
stay here for a 7 pm annual meeting; the MRRC meeting will be at Jim's
later that night.

Looking forward to seeing lots of the gang tomorrow.  As always, please try
to minimize the crowded parking on the street and park folks in on the K8AZ
driveway.
