[NCC] Saipan on 160

Greetings from Saipan,

I arrived here yesterday with 3 JA friends and two of us will be operating the 160 contest this weekend.  We are putting up the antenna today and will test it tonight.  I understand KH0 is pretty rare on 160 so hopefully if condx are good and we can hear well, we will be able to give a few of you 160 guys a new country.  We will be using NH0J.
