[NCC] Sprint question for the experienced

I noticed the same thing, and it also happens when it's my turn on QRG. 
Also, some stations listen for a call when it's they're turn, others call CQ 
right away ( while I'm calling .... boing!). Others are apparently just S&P, 
never return your call (W2VTV comes to mind).

Bottom line ... it didn't go as smoothly as I thought
