[NCC] Two CW Open Teams

Thank you again for the excellent response.  
 
Full teams consist of ten ops, so I thought it best to create one full team and one partial team based on participation level as told to me.

 NCC/MRRC #2
K8BL, K8NZ, K9NW, N2WK, N8EA, WB8JUI

I won't register the teams until tomorrow morning (Friday).  Please let me know additions, deletions, status changes, team names, my mistakes etc.  Thanks!
