[NCC] NAQP RTTY Next weekend

I know everybody's still hearing code in their head...but it's not too
early to
think about NAQP RTTY next weekend.

I'd like to get some teams together...it was great to see the Sprint team
turnout
that K3LR put together.  We have enough quality RTTY ops to be competitive.

So...WW3S, NO3M, W8CAR, WT8C, K8BL, W8KEN and the New York crew...

the whole
