[NCC] January 5 'AZ Open House

Still looking forward to seeing the gang at the 'AZ open house.

Just a few reminders.


   - 7275 Surrey Lane, Chesterland, OH 44026.  If you need directions, drop
   me a note.
   - If you need to reach me: 440-823-0820
   - Start time is 3 pm or later.  Earlier will cause me heartburn.
   - PLEASE be careful on Surrey Lane.  It's a sheet of ice and the latest
   freeze-thaw did not help.
   - PLEASE either park in my drive (pack 'em in, boys!) or in the circular
   drive to the west (7265 Surrey.  My grey Lexus SUV will be already parked
   as the 1st car in line there -- please park behind it.  Don't block the
   straight-in drive.
   - If you must park on the street, please remember that my neighbors --
   the folks who do NOT think that my towers are works of art -- must drive
   past your car.  The street is narrow.  But be careful -- it's easy to get
   stuck out there.
   - We'll have plenty of snacks and appetizers and beverages here.  Pizza
   will be served around 6 pm.
   - If you have a beverage preference please let me know NOW, so I can try
   to accommodate it.
   - Should be a fun afternoon.  NCC meeting will start around 7 pm, and
   the K8MR party starts at 7 pm.  All are encouraged to attend both venues
