[NCC] Welcome new NCC members! Welcome back W3YQ!

Greg, W8WWV and Scott, W3TX were approved and welcomed as new NCC members on
Saturday night at the K8AZ hosted January meeting. 

Greg, W8WWV recently put up a CW Skimmer on the RBN and is deeply involved
in contesting research projects at K8AZ and K3LR.

Scott, W3TX has been a major help with the NCC Dayton Contest Dinner and
Contest University in Dayton. He is also an active contest operator from
K3LR. W3YQ recently put up a 4 element 40 meter beam for Scott at his QTH in
Erie, so look for lots of upcoming W3TX RF! Scott is the owner of

NCC is also very excited that W3YQ/KL7WV and his wife Joan, W3LT have moved
to Elkins, West Virginia and are now inside the NCC circle! Tim was a long
