Listed to the recorded QSOs to get  the idea.
 
My suggestion for a simple way to set up keyer memories:
 
F1:  CQ NA K8MR K8MR NA
F2:  K8MR NR # JIM OH
F3:  NA K8MR NA
F4:  K8MR
F5:  (His Call)
F6 or F7:  (His Call) TU NR # JIM OH K8MR
 
If you find and work a guy S&P, you will likely then get called after  the 
QSO ends. If you want a more controlled way, call CQ!  That way you'll  only 
do one QSO at a time.
