[NCC] Fw: CQWW VHF W1NN SOSB/6 LP

He was signing ZS2M, but after a few contacts, he mentioned in QSO that 
he was using a remote station located in Florida. He, however, was 
indeed located in ZS. Apparently there is also concern about a UT4 > VE7 
QSO which may be under the same conditions.

The JA <> W4 path is indeed very real, as is the W8/9 <> JA path.
