[NCC] The CW Open Contest - August 31, 2013

The CW Open is next month and I wanted to see if there was interest in fielding a NCC team or two.  The CW Open has a fun format (three separate 4-hour sessions) and it's quite competitive.  We're working hard to increase worldwide participation and we're trying to get the word out early and often.   Please let me know soon if you are interested and thanks!
