Comments:

Wisconsin always runs a good party considering  the size of the state, and 
this
was true again this year. Good mobiles, but  no 20 meter propagation from NE
Ohio.

Is 160 allowed in this  contest? The rules seem to say so, but then no
frequencies are suggested,  while all the other HF bands do have frequencies
listed.
