[NCC] Please spot PJ2T this weekend

Don't hesitate to spot PJ2T, but most of the time few people will have  
problems hearing PJ2T.
 
Now for HI/K8MR, running QRP with either a 1/4 wave vertical on the high  
bands, or a 42 foot vertical with a couple of radials on the lows, a lot of  
people will have problems hearing me.  But if I'm loud enough to be heard  
by human ears, a spot will *really* help!

Cluster, and not RBN. So, all the spots really help.

We've been  in "tune up mode" and I can really tell when spots are made.
