[NCC] CW Open Claimed Results

Submitted the following scores:
 
CWO2-- 15Q's x 14 mults
 
CWO3-- 25Q's x 25 mults.
 
My first effort in a CWO. Activity was good and might have been lots of fun 
 from a real station. As promised a very p/t effort for NCC/MRRC #2.

Despite less than ideal  conditions, worldwide participation was way up 
over last year.  If my  count is correct, there were entries from 19 teams, 30% 
of which were outside  US.   Last year had 7 teams, all based in US.  AA3B 
has high  claimed scores for each of the 4-hour sprints: 427, 387, 403 QSOs 
in  Session 1,2,3 respectively.
