[NCC] CQ magazine?

I didn't receive my August CQ, emailed them and they sent it first class 
(received 8/30). Now I would usually have my September issue by now but no 
joy.

I mentioned in the original  email I had not received my Sept. issue yet but 
they choose to ignore that in their response.

Are others having delivery problems? I have seen mention on EHAM about 
others with problems. Seems to center around Aug. and Sept.
