[NCC] WPX score for PJ2T

NCC will get 1/6 of the PJ2T score.

Claimed score:  8083 x 1649 = 45,007,806 

Conditions were almost too good. We could run for hours and hours 0n 10, but 15 was slower than anticipated.
It was surprising to have 20 un-runnable right at the start. That radio moved to 10 Meters at 0030. 

It looks like we took #3 behind CR3A and UP2L.

There were amazing scores out there. Two that pop off the page are CN2AA. They averaged around 200 per hour on one radio. They beat many M/2 stations.  

The ES9C station took MM to a new level. Their write up states what they did to max the score. This is probably the first station to work over 2,000 prefixes. It will be very interesting to see these logs when posted.
