[NCC] K8AZ Open House

Greetings to the NCC Warriors!

This is the formal announcement for the 27th Annual K8AZ Open House on
Saturday, January 3.

As many of you know, I have traditionally scheduled this to dovetail with
the annual january K8MR party.  However, this year, Jim will be in FL, so
I'm going to start an hour later.  As such, the NCC meeting will be at 8
pm, instead of 7 pm, since there is no need to finish up and get over to
Jim's.  We'll plan to keep things going all evening at Surrey Lane.

This is a radio open house, and all contesters and DXers are invited.
Snacks and beverages -- and the annual Guido's Pizza -- will be served.

Please remember that if the weather is icy, Surrey Lane is never salted,
and can be treacherous.  Also, since the road is narrow, please try to
fully "park-in" the driveway and parking apron -- I know it's a pain when
folks leave, but it really does make it easier for me with the neighbors.
