[NCC] Whippage 3.0 ARRLDX CW

Boy, this contest really snuck up on me this year.  Seems like it should 
still be a few weeks out but it is just a couple of days away.  It's already 
been a year since I was in T88.  I have not planned anything special for 
this year.

I will most likely operate SB 80 LP via remote.  It's pretty easy to operate 
a night-time band contest from here since it becomes a daytime contest for 
me.
