I'm just back home after taking Harry back to NJ - I spent two extra days
there due to the weather.

I'll be on at least part time. Project for the weekend is to test out the
WRTC triplexer obtained on loan from a very gracious K6LA.

Hello NCC & MRRC Warriers,

Only THREE DAYS until the January CW NAQP!

So far the response to my January 2 request to let me know if you will be
active has been pretty lackluster. The following are the ops that I
currently have participating. At the K8AZ/K8MR parties, a couple of guys
told me they will be participating. I think W8CAR and K8BL are in this
group. I may have missed one or two others. If I missed you, please let
me
know.

The list so far:

WW3S
ND8L
K8FC
AF8A
N8AA
N8XX
WB8JUI
W8CAR - I think
K8BL - I think
W8WTS - I think
K8MR - I think
KK8D - I think
W1NN

The two ops scoring highest in the August NAQP - NW2K and K2TJ - will be
operating at W2FU, so they will not be eligible to be on our teams. We
will
miss you two guys but we hope you bring home another victory in the M2
competition.

What about the rest of you? Combined, our two clubs have around 150
members. Surely there are more than 13 ops who are planning to get on for
one of the funnest and most family-friendly events on the contest calendar.
N8SS? NA8V? K8GT? N2CU? W8MJ? Others? We had 25 members on last
August
and two of our teams made the top ten! Surely we can do at least as well
on
the January NAQP!

Please let me know ASAP!

And please let me know if I have you on the above list and you are NOT able
to get on.

Thanks and 73

Hal W1NN NAQP Whip
