[NCC] Proposed NAQP Teams

Gentlemen, good morning.  Unfortunately, at approximately 6 pm last 
night we had a large storm cell move through here (Sebastian Florida) 
and as a result we lost power for over an hour.  When the power returned 
the internet did not.  I did not regain internet service until sometime 
early this morning.  As a result, I only made a bit over 200 q's and 
then was shut out of the remote operation.

I have no idea what the  score was when I was disconnected as the log 
is  on the remote machine.  I will log on later and post the score.  But 
in any event, it will not be a good one.

I apologize to the team for not being able  to hold up my part in the 
team effort.

I sincerely hope that everyone did well.
