[NCC] W1AW/8 in the OhQP

We're looking for people who would like to activate W1AW/8 during the Ohio  
QSO Party.
 
This could be done by a group putting together one huge multi-multi;  
individual stations coordinating to keep only one W1AW on a given band/mode  at 
any time; or combinations of something in between.
 
 
 
There will be two W1AW specific rules for this year's OhQP:
 
1. The W1AW stations will not need to do serial numbers. This is in the  
interest of speeding up pileups of people with no particular interest in OhQP, 
 and to facilitate swapping of W1AW band/modes between stations. People in 
the  OhQP working W1AW/8 may still send a normal serial number to keep their 
logs in  order.
 
2. W1AW/8 stations will not be eligible for normal OhQP awards.
 
 
 
W1AW/8 will still pass out their Ohio county, and will be expected to be  
very polite, and to politely explain and promote the OhQP to the curious  
masses.
