[NCC] Russian DX contest whippage

Okay, I realize we just finished ARRL DX and everyone may be tired BUT this 
coming weekend is the RDXC starting at 1200Z on the 15 and ending 24 hours 
later. This has become one of my favorites. Plenty of classes, EVERYONE can 
use packet clusters, everyone works everyone AND the Russians make a great 
effort to get the activity out. As far as I'm concerned working UA0 and 9s 
over the pole on 10 15 and 20 is one of the most fun aspects of contesting. 
Give it a try and submit your score for NCC or MRRC!
