[NCC] [MRRC] November NCJ

I can't remember when mine came but I have had it for a while now.

I am sure that the league bulk mails those all on the same day.  Could be your carrier would rather you get your bills and junk mail before delivering your NCJ/QST.  OTOH, the carriers probably don't like change so you might be messing them up by changing the address twice a year when you bop back and forth between OH/FL.

With all the events of the past few weeks, I just realized it's well into  
November, and once again no NCJ has arrived. (It's been screwed up since I  
temporarily - I thought - changed my QST/NCJ address to the Florida winter  
QTH).
