[NCC] VP9I score (observations from ND8L)

Tom...

Can't wait to work K8AZ on RTTY. It was, however, freaky to hear 'LR.

I think all three of us realized we had a target on our back...we did revise our
strategerie to listen for EU and SA in the pileups, rather than taking the Pavlovian
approach of jumping on the first call we'd hear. But there's still a lot more 2 pointers
than 3 pointers out there.

I am running like a nut for the next month or so...leaving for a convention today...Atlanta,
Chicago and a week at The Villages before Thanksgiving. Whew.

Good luck on the rebuild.

Ray

Ray,

Just so you know, even though I'm not a RTTY guy, I did wish I could have
gotten something on the air to work you guys ..... unfortunately, I have
zero radios in the shack and, until late Sunday evening, didn't even have
an antenna coax inside the house. All part of the major re-wire here.

Congratulations on a GREAT effort from VP9. You guys have to take pride
that you managed to do it from 2-point land -- and no doubt inspired others
to go to 3-point areas by the strength of your 2013 effort.

CU sometime after the dust settles here. Will attempt to get a Crew
update out later this week.

73,
Tom
