[NCC] Update on AC8E

I just spoke with John and he sounded very good over the phone.  He 
asked me to report that that he will be discharged tomorrow.

John's open heart surgery included a valve replacement and a triple 
bypass.   He will not be able to drive for a month and will not be 
allowed to lift objects heavier than ten pounds.  Unfortunately no 
Dayton this year, of course.  But thankfully it sounds like he is well 
on his way to recovery.
